Grand reserve member marketing advice.

Constructive criticism from a Grand reserve member.
Fact: Your reward discount coupon rewards disaster is by far the most confusing, head scratching, and absurd marketing program I have ever experienced.
Advice: Keep it simple.

Never shipped my order...No viable resolution and dodged my request to talk to a supervisor

I placed an order on Tuesday with the promise of 1-3 days for shipping. No updates whatsoever while they charged me $120.00+ for what I bought. On Wednesday, no update and when talking online to the customer service rep, they said "my order has not shipped" and that it should "ship tonight." The said rep could not give me anything else.
Come Friday, I messaged again as I recieved no update on my order. When I called, they offered no resolution and only promised Monday. When I asked to talk to a supervisor, they gave me the same excuse that "no one was available."
I cancelled my order in anger. I don't appreciate false advertising and "scripted" customer service. Not shopping here again,

There is NO MANDATE for masks in Collier County,, FL. So --> Absolutely Not! Boycott this company until they stop making their customers and employees acquiesce to their own enslavement. Naples, FL total wine, in particular, are Commie Sympathizers "mandating" their own patrons to muzzle up to shop there.
NOPE. NOT GOING TO GO BACK EVER until this company gets off their lazy bottoms and does the REAL scientific research & knocks off this nonsense! The managers and employees and every last costumer MUST be FREE in a FREE country to breathe freely. This company aids and abeits the nefarious CCP and acts as an enemy of we, the people, until they drop their whiney, "but we're a private company" nonsense.

Getting really fed up with staff that cannot process a check payment, only a few staff can use their inefficient machine

NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!!

I am beyond fed up with the whole "wear a mask" SHEEPLE mentality. It is not a mandate. Do you know what that means? It means the government doesn't want to deal with the backlash so they put the responsibility on the companies. And if the government doesn't care and is leaving it up to the discretion of companies, do you know what THAT means? It means OUR LIVES ARE NOT IN DANGER IF WE DO NOT WEAR ONE!!! But the "KARENS" (male and female) working at the Altamonte location are so WOKE that they harass anyone not wearing one. Get over your virtue signaling. You're JUST liquor store clerks!

Will not go back

Will not be going back to the Sugar Land location after being asked to leave for not wearing a mask. We were purchasing for a large party and had around $800 in our basket. We had already been through the whole store and made our selections passing several employees and other managers without being asked. We were in line to check and one manager asked us to leave since we were not wearing one. What happened to my body my choice.

they are bank details thieves

beware. this is a thief site. they stole my bank details and they debited my bank account. I hear them contacting for a refund but no response to this theft. they stole from me on Monday March 29 at 12:13 pm I ask this site to reimburse me. and I will keep you posted

All selections were great

All selections were great! Enjoyed the variety and the choices. Was able to buy Glenlivet with them. Absolutely love it, one of the easiest to drink scotch's ever. Especially good for beginners trying to avoid peat or complex off-putting flavours.

TOTAL WINE IN DALLAS, TX ON PARK LN... MY EXPERIENCE TODAY 03/06/21 THEY JUST RUBBED ME THE WRONG WAY, THEY HAVE THERE LITTLE SET UP FOR SAMPLES, THE (1st SIGN) LONG AS I'VE BEEN GOING THERE NO ONE HAS EVER ASKED ME WOULD YOU LIKE TO TRY SAMPLE OF SOME OF OUR WINE OR LIQUOR, WHICH I WOULD'VE SAID POLIETLY NO THANK YOU, (2nd SIGN) THIS IS THE ONLY LIQUOR STORE THAT I'VE BEEN TO THAT HAS ITS COGNAC HENNESSY AND COUVOISIER LOCKED UP, I ASKED ONE GUY HE DIDN'T HAVE A KEY, I HAD TO WAIT 10 MINUTES FOR ONE OF THEIR OTHER WORKERS THAT HAS THE KEY TO FINISH TALKING TO A CUSTOMER ABOUT WHAT EVER... THEY WAS JUST CONVERSATING... AFTER I ASK HIM FOR 2 BOTTLES OF THE 750ml OF HENNESSY, I STILL HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 10 MINUTES WHILE HE EXPLAINS SOMETHING TO ANOTHER CUTOMER ABOUT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A 1 liter and 1.75 liter, (HEY MAN... I'M RIDING THE BUS MY TIME IS LIMITED) THEN HE GOES TO THE BACK BRINGS OUT OUR REQUEST TAKES THE LIQUOR TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, I TOLD THE OTHER FOLKS HE HAS TO WALK OUR LIQUOR TO THE FRONT (THEY LOOKED VERY CONFUSED) I WAS STANDING THERE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE, THEN HE COMES AND TELLS ME YOU HAVE TO GO GET IN THE OTHER LINE TELL THE CASHIER TO GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PICK UP YOUR HENNESSY AND THEN THEY WILL RING YOU UP! THERE GOES ANOTHER 10 MINUTES IT'S ALREADY AFTER 6:00pm, MY BIRTHDAY IS ON 03/07/ IN A FEW HOURS I'M JUST TRYING TO ENJOY MY EVENING DURING THIS COVID-19 PANDEMIC (THE 3rd SIGN) AT THE REGISTER THE SIGN READS CREDIT OR DEBIT ONLY, I TELL THE CASHIER I HAVE TWO BOTTLES AT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE SAYS TO ME THIS LINE IS CREDIT OR DEBIT... Their incompetence. Your loss.

You order 12 bottles for a quantity discount. The next day they say there's a stock-out. They remove the bottle from your order. You pay more because now you don't have your quantity discount. No way to change your order online. You pay more for less! That should be their slogan.

Doing business with cuba

I first noticed the beer cervesa palma. This is actually the cuban beer cristal that can't be sold here in the usa, so they make it in nicaragua. Then I see the beer mi cristal in the aventura florida store. Again, another cuba beer, now made in Portugal. You may ask yourself, why would the owners of total wine do business with cuba? The answer is simple these people are liberal democrats. And like abortion at 9 months, attacks on the 2 nd amendment, and religion, these people are attracted to anything that is twisted thinking, perverted, or anti american. These two are either fags or living proof that you dont have to be a homosexual to be a fag. If you are a cuban american or a conservative republican, take notice that we must make an effort to avoid this $#*!ing place. As a matter of fact avoid any business that supports the low life democrat party. Democrats are citizens, but you can believe that they are not americans.

I will not order from here again...

Because you use FEDEX as your delivery, my package has been in Memphis Tennessee for over one week!
I don't have a problem with " total wine"... my complain is your delivery... fedex SUCK!
